Requirements for Pakistani Students
Minimum CGPA
3 / 4.0
Minimum 3.0 / 4.0 CGPA required for Master's admission (approx. 60–65% in Pakistani grading). A 4-year bachelor's degree is mandatory — 2-year bachelor's degrees from Pakistan are generally not accepted for direct master's admission.

German B2 is required for German-taught programs. English-taught Master's programs only require IELTS/TOEFL.
Required Documents
- Original bachelor's degree certificate (4-year, HEC-attested)
- Official academic transcripts (HEC-attested + Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation + Austrian Embassy attestation)
- Valid passport (copy + original for visa)
- IELTS (6.5+) or TOEFL iBT (90+) certificate — for English-taught programs
- German language certificate B2+ (TestDaF, Goethe, ÖSD) — for German-taught programs
- Statement of purpose (max 2 pages)
- CV / Resume
- Proof of sufficient funds (approx. €14,000/year in a blocked or savings account)
- Two academic reference letters
- Health insurance certificate
⚠ Important: Important: Pakistani degrees must be authenticated by HEC Pakistan → attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad → then by the Austrian Embassy in Islamabad, before submission.
