Minimum CGPA
3 / 4.0
Minimum 3.0 / 4.0 CGPA required. Engineering or science background required — admission is discipline-specific. Pakistani BSc Engineering (4-year) is accepted.

Many Master's programs are offered in English, but German B2 is required for German-taught programs. English-taught programs include Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering & Internet Computing.

- Equivalency letter from NARIC Austria (if program requires)
⚠ Important: TU Wien conducts equivalency checks for Pakistani degrees. A 4-year BS/BE degree is generally required. HEC-recognized Pakistani universities are well accepted.
